Refund Policy

At VeliDevo we prioritise customer satisfaction and transparency. As all our services fall under "digital services" and "custom software solutions", our refund process is subject to the following conditions, depending on the nature of the work and the technical effort involved.

1. Nature of the Service

Web Development, DevOps Setup and Technical Consultancy services provided by VeliDevo fall under "instantly performed" digital services that cannot be reversed. Therefore, no full refund is given once the project has been completed and delivered.

2. Refund Terms and Scope

Refund requests are assessed according to the stage of the project:

Before Work Has Started: For cancellation requests made after payment but before technical analysis, design or coding has begun, a 100% refund is given after deduction of transaction fees (Payoneer charges).

During Analysis and Design Phase: If the project plan has been created and the technical architecture defined but intensive coding/setup has not yet started, 50% of the total amount is refunded. This deduction covers the time allocated and consultancy costs.

During Development and Go-Live Phase: If 50% of the coding is complete, server configurations have been made or the project has gone to production, no refund is given due to the nature of the service.

3. Technical Defects and Correction Guarantee

If the delivered service does not meet the criteria agreed in the "Custom Quote" document or contains a technical defect:

VeliDevo undertakes to remedy the defect or shortcoming free of charge.

In exceptional cases where the defect cannot be remedied, a partial refund may be considered based on the fee for that part of the project.

4. Annual Maintenance and Hosting Refunds

Annual "Hosting & Maintenance" fees are non-refundable, as server and domain costs are paid in advance to third-party providers (Vercel, AWS, etc.).

The customer has the right to cancel the annual payment for the next period.

5. Refund Process and Deductions

Where a refund is approved, payment is made via the customer's original payment method (Payoneer/Bank Transfer).

Transfer Costs: Transaction fees and exchange rate deductions arising from international transfers, intermediary banks or payment platforms (e.g. Payoneer) are deducted from the refund amount. The refund process is initiated within 14 business days of the approval date.
